veSpace, the Swindon-based venue, event and production company, has expanded its portfolio of businesses with Noble Events.
veSpace has acquired the trade and assets of the Loughborough-based event firm, which also has an office in Dubai, following its fall into administration.
FRP Advisory were recently appointed administrators of the business, which has been delivering events since 2008, holding long-term partnerships with major global brands such as Bentley Motors and Honda.
