Window Widgets has acquired Kettering-based Profoil Limited, a specialist of foil lamination for over 25 years, and have announced the formation of the Q19 Group.
Profoil provides foiling services to the fenestration and building materials markets in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Gloucester-based Window Widgets began in 2000 and became the largest range of universal ancillaries for the fenestration market.
The deal was put together by the Q19 director team with advice from Cattaneo Corporate Finance and Legal Clarity, with financial support from Shawbrook Bank. The management of Profoil Limited were advised by Kingswood Business Sales, a division of Richmond Capital Partners.
