Preston-headquartered GBA Logistics has acquired The Silver X Group and Bow Distribution and Warehousing, the Derbyshire-based logistics businesses.
GBA intends to keep the brand names of Silver X and Bow, and the existing management teams led by Gavin Burgess (Managing Director and founder) will join the GBA family.
The merged companies will work together on leveraging their strengths for mutual growth.
