Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Leicester officially launches Nexa Finance

Following the successful launch of Leicester-based alternative property lender, NEXA Finance, Managing Director, Brian Cartwright and Chairman, Fiona Pollard hosted a private launch dinner at Hambleton Hall in Oakham on Thursday 26th September.

Brian said, “Here at NEXA Finance, we are dedicated to building brighter financial futures by connecting East Midlands based SME property developers and housebuilders with funders, to provide a truly alternative lending model that challenges the often-complicated commercial models favoured by traditional banks.

“The evening at Hambleton Hall to celebrate the launch, saw the Directors of NEXA Finance celebrate with members of the local professional and business community who have supported us since launch. We were delighted by the attendance to our launch dinner; where guests enjoyed listening to our featured speaker Mehmooda Duke, Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Leicestershire and CEO of Moosa-Duke Solicitors, talking about resilience in business – using her past experiences to demonstrate what she had to overcome.

Brian commented further, “We have been thrilled with the reception since launch, and we’re very much looking forward to supporting the East Midlands property developers in their future ventures.”
