Elliott Davidson, founder and director of eCommerce marketing agency Contrast in Nottingham, has acquired seven figure business, Y Frame Discounts Ltd.
The company was established more than fourteen years ago. Y Frame Discounts Ltd is a cycling retailer which predominantly sells accessories on marketplaces like Amazon.
The young entrepreneur has plans to rebrand the company by leveraging his own knowledge to accelerate growth and launch its own eCommerce online store.
The company will also benefit from Boris Johnson’s recent announcement where he has officially launched the “cycling and walking revolution” with a £2 billion investment which will be spent on thousands of miles of cycle lanes, cycling lessons for children and adults and also plans to strengthen the highway code to protect cyclists and pedestrians.
“I am thrilled to be taking on Y Frame Discounts Ltd which is already a successful business especially during the COVID-19 pandemic where this sector has been booming. I recognise its potential and have many new ideas to bring to the table with the intention of developing the business further with a fresh digital approach,” Elliott says.
Elliott added: “This is an exciting time not just for this new business venture but also for Contrast. We are currently looking to reposition the agency into something unique which will form a hybrid agency that will focus on eCommerce and we will become our own client with all of these new businesses. This will enable us to take full control of all digital marketing and we hope this demonstrates our ability to sustain and grow our own businesses to potential clients.”
