Sodexo UK & Ireland has renewed its partnership with Swizzels Matlow Ltd, signing a three-year agreement worth around £1 million to continue managing food services at the Derbyshire manufacturing site. The company has supported the factory’s catering operations since 2011, providing weekday breakfast and lunch through its Kitchen Works restaurant.
The on-site service offers a rotating menu featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Sustainability remains a key focus, with Sodexo continuing to use its WasteWatch programme to monitor and cut both kitchen and plate waste.

The renewed contract strengthens a long-running relationship between the two companies and supports ongoing improvements to workplace catering across the factory.
