Oncimmune Holdings, the listed Nottingham-based cancer detection company, has appointed Mathew Hill as Group CFO.

He replaces Andrew Millet, who has stepped down from the Board as CFO, Director and Company Secretary.

Mr Millet will remain available to the company over the next six months to ensure a smooth and orderly transition of his responsibilities.

The company has also appointed Andrew Stewart as General Counsel and Company Secretary.

CEO Adam Hill said: “The additions to the Senior Leadership Team we are announcing today will help me drive the delivery of Oncimmune’s strategy to capitalise on the wide range of opportunities presented by our proprietary autoantibody-based platform.

“Matthew and Andrew both have highly relevant experience and will support the Board in its day-to-day activities as we set about delivering the next chapter of our Company’s strategy over the next three years.”
