Progress Law Solicitors, who are currently based in Halifax, are setting up a new office as a new base to establish a presence in Nottingham.
The firm is to move into 15 Hockley. Set over three floors, it is in the heart of the Lace Market, and was formerly used as a marketing suite for the east side regeneration project for several years. The building measures in at 218.86m² (2,355ft²) and was let on a 5-year term.
FHP completed the deal in one month. Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP said: “An excellent deal done in a very quick time frame, my instruction was clear, and this to find a A2 occupier quickly, preventing a void period and mitigating all costs associated with an empty building alongside a good level of rental return.
“We managed to do this, and I am thrilled that all parties are happy with the terms agreed, and I wish the tenant all the best going forward in this location.”
