Playground equipment manufacturer relocates in Notts

Playground equipment manufacturer and installer Proludic has relocated from its offices in West Bridgford to a new headquarters at Bradmore Business Park.

FHP Property Consultants recently acquired Unit 3 at Bradmore Business Park, a two storey Grade A office building constructed in 2008, on behalf of the firm.

Rob Baker, managing director of Proludic, said: “At Proludic we are committed to creating energetic and dynamic sports and play areas. As part of our growth strategy, we needed new larger offices but it was also vital to find an office that would inspire our passionate and committed team to deliver innovative solutions. I am delighted that we engaged FHP to represent us in our negotiations for what is now our fantastic new home, at ‘The Play Hub’.  Mark Tomlinson’s attention to detail, speed in communication and all round advice, not only helped us acquire our new office quickly but at a good rate and with very little stress”.

Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants, who acted on behalf of Proludic in acquiring their new space, added: “Proludic have been searching for some time for the right type of environment for their business. Their area of work incorporates many design and creative aspects so it is important that the working environment for their staff reflects this.

“Having become somewhat frustrated by the lack of inspiring office space in Nottingham, this unit at Bradmore Business Park became available and I am delighted that we have negotiated such competitive lease terms and secured such an inspiring atmosphere for Proludic and their employees”.
