Proposals to demolish a Towcester office building to construct a block of flats have been submitted to South Northamptonshire Council.
The plans come from Grand Union Housing Group, which currently occupies the offices.
Wood Burcote House, on Burcote Road, would be replaced by a three storey apartment block featuring 20 apartments and 40 parking spaces.
A design statement submitted on behalf of Grand Union Housing Group says: “The application is designed to provide homes for a specially identified need within the
