Nottinghamshire’s most expensive house comes on the market

The most expensive house in Nottinghamshire has been placed on the market. FHP Living will be selling the £4.8m, 12,000 sq ft property in the village of Colston Bassett, located between Nottingham and Leicester.

Every square foot of the property is worth in the region of £400.

The new build has five bedroom suites, a spacious integral garage and as the name “Tanglewood” suggests, it is surrounded by just under an acre of private grounds, boasting uninterrupted views of the countryside and church.

Designed by award winning international developer Guy Phoenix, no expense has been spared on the mansion, which features indulgent interior design and modern technology – including full Lutron mood lighting system and underfloor heating – throughout.

Steve Parker of FHP said: “It is a pleasure to be working alongside Guy Phoenix in marketing another one of his spectacularly designed homes. We have already received several enquiries after an initial newspaper campaign and as marketing gets into full swing we are expecting to receive a considerable amount more. We therefore encourage you to get in contact to find out more information about this unique home”.
