Nottingham’s Wise Living secures £100m boost

Wise Living, the Nottingham-based housebuilder has secured a £100m boost from investment manager Triple Point.

The additional investment will push the firm’s efforts to build more partnerships delivering thousands of build-to-rent homes across the UK, whilst accelerating its work with existing developer partners on a pipeline of schemes across the country.

The news comes after Wise Living’s recent £33 million round of funding from real estate investors ICG-Longbow.

Following the investment, director, Andy Deller said: “To receive a further £100 million investment from Triple Point so soon after our £33 million boost is a major vote of confidence in the quality of our work as a partner to both developers and investors.

“Compared to this time last year, the amount of build-to-rent homes completed, under construction or in planning across the UK has increased by 20%. This additional funding will help us to move up another gear with our plans to not just build homes and communities but provide for the increasing demand for professionally managed PRS homes, particularly for families.”

Wise Living is part of the SDL Group.
