Manufacturer of surface treatment equipment snapped up

NCH (UK) Limited has acquired the business and assets of Blast-Wash (UK) Limited.

Northampton-based Blast-Wash specialises in the supply and manufacture of surface treatment, parts washing equipment, chemical cleaning and spare parts.

NCH (UK), based in Bilston, manufactures and markets a line of maintenance, repair and supply products.

Lawyers in the Birmingham office of Freeths advised NCH (UK) Limited on its acquisition, led by Director Jody Webb, assisted by Associate Baljit Atwal and Commercial Associate Reema Sharma worked alongside NCH’s legal counsel to ensure the transaction ran smoothly.
