Kuehne+Nagel has been appointed to handle warehousing and logistics for Changan as the Chinese vehicle manufacturer expands its presence in the UK.
The agreement includes 3,203 square metres of dedicated storage capacity at East Midlands Gateway. The site will support nationwide distribution, with next-day delivery of parts to Changan’s dealer network.
Changan is building its UK footprint with new models entering the market, including the Deepal S07. The warehouse operation has been structured to scale in line with the company’s growth plans.
The logistics contract follows Changan UK’s decision to partner with BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK for dealer and retail finance as the brand prepares for wider commercial activity.
