Nominations are flying in for the 2020 East Midlands Bricks Awards, which aims to recognise the outstanding work of those shaping the landscape of our region.

If you haven’t made your entries yet, now is the prime time. Seize this opportunity to shine a light on development projects and people in commercial and public building across the East Midlands.

Award categories include: Contractor of the Year, Developer of the Year, Commercial Development of the Year, Residential Development of the Year, Sustainable Development of the Year, Deal of the Year, Most Active Agents of the Year, Architects of the Year, Excellence in Design, Responsible Business and of course Overall winner.

Nominations forms can be found here.

Winners will be announced and celebrated at a glittering awards event on Wednesday 25th March 2020, at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in the Derek Randall Suite. Book your tickets here to avoid disappointment.

Vanessa Gregory, Sales & Marketing Manager for Fairgrove Homes, said of last year’s event: “As a smaller regional developer, specialising in providing distinctive new homes, we were thrilled to win Deal of the Year at last years Brick awards, particularly as it was judged and voted for by other local businesses and industry specialists. The event was well organised, with just enough opportunities for networking and celebrating with colleagues.”

Programme

4.30pm – Networking and Reception Drinks

5.30pm – Welcome and Awards Presentation

7.30pm – End of Formal Proceedings, guests and nominees are invited to stay and celebrate/network over drinks.

Thank you for reading this story on our news site - please take a moment to read this important message:

As you know, our aim is to bring you, the reader, an editorially led news site and magazine but journalism costs money and we rely on advertising, print and digital revenues to help to support them.

With the Covid-19 lockdown having a major impact on our industry as a whole, the advertising revenues we normally receive, which helps us cover the cost of our journalists and this website, have been drastically affected.

As such we need your help. If you can support our news sites/magazines with either a small donation of even £1, or a subscription to our magazine, which costs just £33.60 per year, (inc p&P and mailed direct to your door) your generosity will help us weather the storm and continue in our quest to deliver quality journalism.

As a subscriber, you will have unlimited access to our web site and magazine. You'll also be offered VIP invitations to our events, preferential rates to all our awards and get access to exclusive newsletters and content.

Just click here to subscribe and in the meantime may I wish you the very best.
