The scheme offers insulation, solar panels, and battery storage to qualifying homeowners and private landlords. These interventions are designed to reduce energy consumption, improve indoor comfort, enhance property energy ratings, and lower carbon emissions. Applications are managed through a centralised digital portal, allowing the council and delivery partner to coordinate approvals, scheduling, and installation logistics efficiently.
