We understand that this can be an uncertain time to recruit, and so to ease those concerns, the University of Derby can support Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire SMEs with £1,000 support funding if they recruit any individual that has graduated within the last 3 years.
That’s not all, the University of Derby team will handle all of the role promotion, application sifting, and shortlisting free of charge, along with providing value added on-boarding support. If you have any questions or would like to make an enquiry, please contact driven@derby.ac.uk
Director of Just-Ice: Ethical Ice Cream Company, Sally Murray, said: “[They] gave excellent support in helping us to understand what the possibilities were for internships. Then guiding us through every aspect of writing the advert and shortlisting our candidates. They even found us a suitable interview space as we do not have an office. They are always on hand to answer questions and excellent at communicating at each stage of the process”.
