Christie & Co has become a member of the Energy & Environment Alliance, a global group focused on improving environmental standards in hospitality real estate. The company now takes part in an international network of investors, developers, operators, and asset managers working to advance sustainability across the sector.
The move aligns Christie & Co with organisations prioritising Net Zero strategies and stronger environmental performance. It also reflects the firm’s intent to guide clients on property decisions shaped by shifting sustainability expectations and long-term investment requirements.
