Campions Solicitors open office in Derby

Legal firm Campions Solicitors are opening a new office on Pride Park in Derby following a deal brokered by Salloway Property Consultants.

Campions began trading in 1985 and its head office is at Mansfield Road, Nottingham.

Its new offices on Brunel Parkway which opened on April 8 will enable its team to offer a better service for existing and new clients in Derby and surrounding areas.

Managing Director, Stephen Campion, said: “Having now successfully traded since 1985, we are extremely aware of the need to provide a cost-effective and excellent service to clients.

“We have 52 staff and this office move is the first step in our expansion plans. It is extremely accessible for clients, being near to the M1 and other major roads and has excellent car parking.

“Salloway Property Consultants acted on behalf of the landlord and we are extremely grateful for the efficient way in which they assisted and handled the letting process throughout. Hugo Beresford has been particularly helpful and diligent.”

Salloway’s surveyor, Hugo Beresford, added: “It has been a pleasure to facilitate Campions’ move and to help achieve their ambition of securing suitable office premises on Pride Park.

“The property is right at the hub of business life in Derby. Indeed, they will now be a near neighbour of ours!

“We wish them great success and welcome them to the Pride Park community.”
