Demand for candidates in finance, business operations, and procurement has led to a Midlands-based recruitment firm increasing its workforce.
Macildowie has appointed seven new staff members across its Nottingham, Leicester and Milton Keynes offices – comprising a divisional manager, three recruitment consultants, two trainees and in-house support staff.
Joining the Nottingham branch are recruitment consultants Lauren Evans, who works in the business operations division, and Ashley Bane, a specialist in procurement and supply chain. Alicja Bujnowska-Samoluk has become the firm’s payroll administrator and the finance division has welcomed Thomas Hodgett as recruitment consultant.
In Milton Keynes, Will Jones has joined as a recruitment consultant, while in Leicester the procurement and supply division has been bolstered with the appointment of divisional manager Lynn Campbell and trainee consultant Reo Beaumont.

Macildowie, which works with high-profile clients such as Paul Smith, Boots and E.ON, once again appeared on 2017’s Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For list. It was also awarded the prestigious 3-star “extraordinary” accreditation, which is based on factors like staff satisfaction and engagement.
In January 2017, the recruitment firm saw a record-breaking month for enquiries, which jumped by 73 percent compared to last year.
