Law firm Rothera Sharp has announced the promotion of four of its solicitors across its Nottinghamshire offices.
Heather Parker (wills and probate), Wayne Vickers (personal injury) and Michelle Young (residential conveyancing) rose up to senior associate level, while property executive Lucy Pettitt has been promoted to associate.
The promotions are part of the firm’s current growth and expansion plans and demonstrate its dedication to supporting the careers of its staff as well as its commitment to attracting and retaining high quality solicitors.
Managing Partner Ann-Marie Bowman said: “At Rothera Sharp we have Career Progression Criteria that candidates must fulfil to be promoted.
“We received very strong applications this year from talented, committed and loyal staff that are making significant contributions to the firm. I am delighted to recognise their efforts by promoting them and on behalf of the Partners I would like to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the firm.”
Wayne Vickers said of his promotion: “I’m delighted to be promoted to the position of Senior Associate, at such a progressive and innovative full service law firm. I’m looking forward to continuing to contribute to the success of the firm and excited by what the future holds for Rothera Sharp and our clients.”
