Builder NMCN has been awarded a place on two lots of the new seven-year Crown Commercial Services Construction Works and Associated Services framework.
The new framework is the first of its kind, and has been designed to avoid costly duplication of procurement effort across government departments and bodies. The framework will enable Government departments, local authorities and other public sector bodies to find partners to build schools, hospitals, offices, universities, prisons, housing and more.
NMCN’s two secured lots, which are well aligned to our strongest operating areas, cover construction projects worth up to £3m, and residential schemes with no restriction on value.
Nick Banks, NMCN’s Operations Director for its Building business unit said: “This is another fantastic framework to add to our growing portfolio and will present us with some excellent project opportunities over the coming years.”
Chief Executive John Homer added: “We are pleased to be awarded a place on multiple lots of the Crown Commercial Services framework. The tender process gave good opportunity for us to be recognised for our quality delivery and approach to sustainability with our Positive Impact
