Property agency Fisher German has appointed Andrew Bridge to Managing Partner, to succeed Andrew Jackson, who steps down in March next year, after 19 years in the role and some 35 years with the company.
Andrew, who joined Fisher German 23 years ago, is currently Chief Operating Officer, and says: “I have been with Fisher German since graduating from university, so have seen how the firm has developed and grown over the years.
“I am privileged to work in a firm where I have been able to develop my experience and progress in my career, and I now look forward to working with my colleagues to continue to develop strategies to deliver future growth within Fisher German.
“Andrew Jackson has led Fisher German through a time of great success and is a leading figure in the industry.
“The company owes him a real debt of gratitude for that and I hope to carry that forward in what will be an exciting time for the company.”
Jackson adds: “I have had a very rewarding time managing Fisher German, and with the support of a very high-quality team we have led the company through unprecedented expansion over the last two decades.
“Andrew Bridge has an extensive amount of experience within Fisher German and it is excellent to see how he has risen through the ranks.”
Fisher German was established in September 2000 after the merger of Fisher Hoggarth and Germans. The firm now has 16 offices across the UK with around 500 employees and partners and has grown its annual turnover to over £30 million (2018).
