Nottingham’s Ryley Wealth Management has added to, and restructured its Management Team.

Ruth Harrison has been appointed as Managing Director replacing Phil Bloxham, who has moved to a Non-Executive Director role. As part of the restructure Stephanie Francis becomes Administration Director and Adam Langham; Technical Director.

Ruth joined Ryley Wealth Management Ltd in July 2016 as Operations Manager; responsible for successfully implementing fundamental changes to the company’s processes during a period of significant development.  Ruth has more than 30 years’ experience in the wealth management industry; 24 of which were managing teams of Advisers and Paraplanners in a major high street bank.

Phil Bloxham will continue to bring his 40 years of experience from the financial services sector to advise the board as the business continues to expand.

Both Adam and Stephanie have been with Ryley Wealth Management Ltd for 10 years and have been instrumental in the development and evolution of the business.

David Ryley, CEO said “Every business needs to regularly look at its structures and processes, to ensure it can respond to, and exceed, its clients’ expectations in an ever-changing world.  Ryley Wealth Management Ltd is no different in this respect and following an extended period of strong growth, a relocation and significant investment in systems and processes, we have decided to reshape our management structure.  With the strong possibility of more acquisitions in 2018 and beyond, I am confident we have the right people and the right structure in place to move the business further forward”.
