Following the acquisition of its Northampton site, East Midlands Renault Truck dealer, RH Commercial Vehicles (RHCV) has appointed a new Dealer Point Manager to bolster the site’s strategic growth plans.
Rachel Payne joins RHCV with more than nine years’ experience, managing and leading dealerships across the East Midlands and in London, including working for multi-national operators, Pendragon PLC and Jaguar Land Rover.
Based on Weedon Road, Kislingbury, Rachel’s appointment comes at an important time of growth and expansion for the RHCV team. Earlier this year, RHCV, which has three further sites across the East Midlands, acquired the Northampton branch from Renault Trucks Commercials, as part of plans to widen its reach to customers in the area, while complementing the existing strategically placed dealerships along the busy M1 corridor.
Now, heading up the Northampton dealership of RHCV, Rachel will use her previous experience to build and grow solid customer relationships and introduce new processes, which will both streamline and improve employee and customer experience.
Rachel will also be pivotal to the expansion and renovation plans at the site, which RHCV is looking to implement gradually, starting with the refurbishment of the main building including redecorating next month.
