Kettering HR firm expands

A HR consultancy has taken on its first ever marketing manager, to further strengthen the team.

Kettering-based HR Solutions, which supplies outsourced HR support to small to medium-sized businesses, has welcomed Rebecca Gormley to the fold as the firm’s first marketing manager.

In this newly created role, Rebecca will be focused on developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy and growing its digital footprint through brand awareness. Rebecca will be responsible for and work closely with existing staff to promote services to HR Solutions’ client base.

Rebecca brings a wealth of B2B marketing experience to HR Solutions as well as a creative eye, having recently completed an extensive renovation to the 18th century cottage she shares with her fiancé.

HR Solutions CEO Greg Guilford said: “We are excited with the appointment of Rebecca to help us increase awareness to SMEs of the benefits of HR and Health and Safety outsourced services.”

Rebecca is one of multiple new hires over the past six months, including HR consultants, advisors and administrators. The firm is also continuing to recruit for further positions to meet the growing demand for outsourced HR and H&S support.

Greg Guilford added: “I welcome all our new hires after what has been a turbulent year for a lot of businesses. Alongside celebrating the expansion of our team, we also celebrate our 20th anniversary this year and we are proud to continue our growth and progression by adding to the HR Solutions family. We see these roles as helping us to expand our support to our clients as we all move forward.”
