Infuse Technology expands

Derby-headquartered IT support and managed service provider, Infuse Technology, owned by accountancy firm Smith Cooper, has expanded its team on the back of a period of growth.

The news comes as Infuse has seen profits increase year-on-year by almost 30% for 5 consecutive years.

The company now employs a team of 15 staff members. Their new appointments include Rob Marshall, who has come on-board as their new Operations Manager to oversee internal business processes, Ben Crowe to lead the digital transformation team, and Richard Hutchinson to further strengthen Infuse’s helpdesk, providing vital support to keep businesses functioning during these uncertain times.

The firm have also appointed Neisha Mahmood as their new Marketing Assistant to bring Infuse to a wider audience, through traditional and digital marketing efforts.

Alongside the news of their team expansion, Infuse has also acquired new clients including manufacturers of specialist high-performance coatings, Dacrylate, third generation family business Grantham Engineering, and traffic management specialists, A Cones Traffic Management.

Managing Director of Infuse Technology, Paul Howard, said: “Whilst it has been a tough and strange time for many businesses, our new client wins and our success during this uncertain period reinforces the desire of most organisations to optimise their performance, future-proof their business and look for ways in which to transform and streamline what they do and how they do it.

“It is a very exciting time for Infuse as our breadth of services and the growth in our team means we are perfectly placed to help businesses do just that.”
