Law firm Howes Percival has appointed residential development specialist Liz Turner to its dedicated Development team in Leicester as demand grows.
Liz has 25 years of residential development experience, working both in-house and in private practice for regional and national housebuilders. Liz joins Howes Percival in Leicester as a senior associate, having spent the previous 16 years in the Group Legal Department for Barratt Redrow PLC.
Part of the wider Commercial Property team, Howes Percival’s Residential Development team has a client portfolio that includes major UK house builders, as well as local and regional developers, landowners, and public sector organisations.
