Hockley Developments strengthens team

Hockley Developments have strengthened their team with the appointment of Neil Stocks, as a Buyer/Estimator. Formerly of Carmalor and Henry Boot Construction, where he had a similar role, Neil is a vastly experienced property professional from Nottingham.

Managing Director of Hockley Developments, Alan Forsyth, said: “We were delighted when we saw Neil’s CV, and the experience and contacts he has in the East Midlands will be invaluable to us going forward.

“He has already helped us become more efficient, and we look forward to Neil being a huge asset for Hockley Construction and Hockley Developments over the next few years.”

Neil added: “With 30 years of experience in Construction in the East Midlands I am excited to have joined Hockley Developments in their journey to become a leading provider of new homes and apartments in the Nottingham area.

“With some innovative new projects on the horizon I look forward to adding increased value and expertise into our supply chain, and delivering new housing on time for our purchasers, to the high standards we expect.”
