Fraser Brown Solicitors has bolstered its dispute resolution team with the appointment of Catherine Gritt who has joined the firm as an Associate Solicitor.
In her new position, Gritt will be working with the firm’s construction department and will share her expertise with the existing property litigation team in everything from commercial and residential property disputes, landlord and tenant law, to professional negligence claims.
Gritt, who lives in Beeston, joins the 16 strong Fraser Brown dispute resolution team from Kuits Solicitors where she worked as an associate solicitor for 18 months.
A specialist in property litigation, Gritt has over eight years of experience in real estate and commercial litigation.
She said: “Fraser Brown is a well-known and established firm in the region and this role was very attractive as it holds a uniquely deep-rooted position at the very heart of Nottingham’s commercial sector. I’m very pleased to be working with a forward thinking and dynamic firm.”
Don Peel, head of the dispute resolution team at Fraser Brown, said: “With her proactive and can-do approach to work, Catherine is an excellent fit for us. Her contacts and experience in the property and construction sector will allow her to provide a comprehensive service to our existing clients as well as help us further expand the team.”
