Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group expands team

Ford & Stanley Talent Services Group has welcomed four new additions to the team, marking a continued period of growth across the business.

Ronnie Burton joins as sales and client development manager within Talentwise – Ford & Stanley’s blue collar talent acquisition business area.

With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, Ronnie brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record. His appointment strengthens the relationship development capability within the Talentwise business and supports the company’s objective to expand client partnerships.

Dan Taylor, group sales & commercial director, said: “Ronnie’s appointment is a significant step forward for Talentwise. His deep sector knowledge and proven track record in client development will play a key role in driving continued growth in the blue-collar market.”

Ryan Hunnam joins the team as group sales and client development manager. With a diverse background in business development across multiple sectors, Ryan will focus on driving growth into new markets and broadening Ford & Stanley’s commercial reach.

Josh Winfield joins as senior consultant within Ford & Stanley Executive Search. With eight years of experience in IT and digital recruitment, Josh will bolster the business area’s commercial capability and add further depth to its executive search offering.

Finally, Samanta Vitkauskaite joins a newly created key account support team as recruitment coordinator. Samanta will support the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on building strong client relationships and ensuring high quality delivery.
