Flotec appoints new marketing manager

Loughborough-based Flotec, the supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic solutions to rail and wider industry, has appointed Barry Michael Aldridge as its Marketing Manager, to support the organisation’s growth plans.

Mamie-Ann Patrick who has headed up the marketing function for over a year, is moving on to pastures new as marketing executive for energetic new start-up, Think3.

Mamie-Ann said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Flotec and have made friends for life at this fantastic organisation. I am moving onto a new adventure with Think3, an independent agency that supports businesses across the UK by creating brands, building websites, developing videos and marketing.

“I can not wait to start this new chapter but will miss everyone at Flotec. I know Barry from working in rail and feel that he is a perfect fit for Flotec and wish him all the best.”

Aldridge says: “I am thrilled to be joining Flotec at an exciting time in the company’s history. Having been involved within rail and engineering for some time, I am very much looking forward to continuing the fantastic marketing work done by Mamie-Ann.”

2020 will see Flotec Industrial Limited celebrate its 25th Anniversary of being in business.
