Innovation leader promoted to associate partner at Fluid Ideas

The head of the performance and innovation team at full-service creative agency Fluid Ideas has been promoted to associate partner.

Olivia Elliott joined the Derby-based agency last year to head the new team, which was created to deliver impact for client campaigns and projects by optimising their digital performance across multiple channels.

Ed Bowler, managing director of Fluid, said: “Olivia has been a key addition to our senior team and has led numerous strategic initiatives to keep our clients one step ahead and help them grow their brands in smarter, more measurable ways.

“Clients and colleagues who know Olivia will understand why we’re so happy that she is joining the partner team at Fluid. She provides a huge depth of experience in performance marketing, as well as real strategic acumen and a determination to make a difference for the clients with whom we partner.

“Perhaps most importantly, Olivia shares the values upon which we’ve built Fluid, which means she will be central in strengthening and protecting our culture as our agency evolves over the coming years.”

Under Olivia’s leadership, the performance and innovation team has expanded with several strategic hires, including George Bates as SEO manager, Gemma Cramer leading email automation and conversion rate optimisation, Matt Beedell as paid media manager, and Nikita Ghai as paid media executive.

Olivia said: “Since stepping into the role in February 2024, I’ve focused on strengthening our performance offering by building a team of specialists across key digital marketing channels.

“Their expertise has enhanced our capabilities and enabled us to deliver a more comprehensive, insight-driven service for our clients, driving traffic to their websites, optimising their campaigns, guiding them through the ever-evolving AI landscape and giving them the strongest possible return on their investment.

“Our goal is to support clients across every aspect of online and offline marketing, maximising commercial impact while sharing in the success and momentum that this growth generates for our team.

“We have also introduced a marketing consultancy offering alongside our hands-on service provision, empowering clients’ internal teams to develop, upskill and evolve with us.”

Olivia added: “I’m incredibly proud to become an associate partner and to help shape Fluid’s future. I work alongside an exceptionally talented, skilled and, most importantly, passionate and committed group of people who care deeply about the business, our culture and the success we can drive for our clients as we continue to grow together.”
