Cadeby Homes has purchased land in Hathern, Leicestershire, benefitting from full planning consent for the construction of 25 dwellings.
Located just off Loughborough Road, Cadeby Homes will now deliver the scheme as a fully affordable development on behalf of Stonewater, helping to meet the growing demand for affordable housing within the local community.
Stonewater is one of the UK’s largest social housing providers, owning and managing around 40,000 homes and delivering services to more than 93,000 customers nationwide. The new homes in Hathern will form part of their ongoing commitment to expanding the availability of safe, affordable and sustainable housing.
