Derby flexible workspace provider Cubo takes over WeWork location

Derby flexible workspace provider Cubo has taken over 55 Colmore Row in Birmingham from WeWork – marking one of the most high-profile moves in the UK’s flex-space market this year.

The company has taken a long lease on the former WeWork building, which offers more than 30,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District.

The acquisition reinforces Cubo’s ambition to transform premium workspaces across the UK’s strongest commercial cities and significantly strengthens its regional presence as the business accelerates its national rollout.
