Lagan Homes has been granted planning permission by Rushcliffe Borough Council for a new phase of homes within the growing Fairham Life community.
The new neighbourhood, delivered in partnership with Clowes Developments and Homes England, represents a step forward in the continued transformation of the area.
The approved plans for Phase 7A will deliver 112 new homes, offering a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom houses designed to meet the needs of a wide range of buyers. The development will include private tenure and 10% affordable homes.
A significant number of the homes will be built using timber frame construction, manufactured by one of Lagan Homes’ sister companies. This approach supports the creation of more sustainable, energy-efficient homes.
In the wider Fairham Life masterplan, the Lagan Homes development is located close to the proposed new school, playing fields, and green open spaces planned for the community.

Located to the south of Nottingham, Fairham spans 606 acres and will include 3,000 new homes, one million sq ft of employment space, a neighbourhood centre, and 200 acres of parkland and open green space.
