Sheet Anchor Evolve has expanded its presence in Chesterfield with the acquisition of 9 and 11–13 Market Place, adding two centrally located retail units occupied by Card Factory and Primark. The property sits in a key commercial location, further strengthening the company’s stake in the town centre.
The purchase follows its acquisition of Vicar Lane Shopping Centre earlier this year, reinforcing the group’s strategy to consolidate and enhance high-street assets across Chesterfield.
