Automation specialists, Control Freaks Ltd, have opened new headquarters at Holbeach Technology Park, marking a major milestone in their 23-year journey of growth.
The move to Unit 2, Holbeach Technology Park, represents a significant investment in the company’s future, providing a modern workspace that will support expansion, create local opportunities, and strengthen Lincolnshire’s growing technology sector.
Founded in 2006 by managing director Clint Johnson, Control Freaks Ltd serves clients nationwide across sectors including food and beverage, defence, manufacturing, and energy infrastructure.
Speaking about the move, commercial director Ian Davison said: “This is more than just a change of address, it’s a major step forward for Control Freaks and for Holbeach. The new headquarters gives us the space and facilities to grow our team, take on more complex projects, and continue delivering the quality our customers expect.”
Located just 1.5 miles from the company’s previous Fleet Road premises, the new headquarters features a manufacturing floor six times larger than before, along with dedicated offices, a boardroom, and a technical development area. The bright, energy-efficient building provides a more collaborative and inspiring environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike.
