Allison Homes extends Stamford AFC Women sponsorship for fourth year

Allison Homes Central has renewed its sponsorship of Stamford AFC Women for a fourth consecutive season, reinforcing its commitment to local sport and community partnerships.

The Stamford-based team, established in April 2022, has grown to 18 players and now competes in the East Midlands Women’s Regional Football League Premier Division for the 2024/25 season. The promotion follows a successful run that included winning the Lincolnshire League title in 2023.

This latest support from Allison Homes has funded a new home kit for the 2025/26 season, adding to previous contributions for training tops, jackets, and kit bags. Among the players is Allison Homes’ own Assistant Infrastructure Engineer, Lauren Bartle, who plays an active role in the squad’s progress.

The partnership highlights the firm’s broader focus on building strong community ties and supporting initiatives that promote inclusivity and sport development.

John Currall, Manager of Stamford AFC Women, also commented: “On behalf of everyone at Stamford AFC Women, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Allison Homes for their incredible continued support as our main sponsor.

“Their continued commitment to the team has made a huge difference both on and off the pitch, helping us to grow and develop. The partnership provides vital backing that allows us to focus on our aims, strengthen our community presence and represent the Stamford badge with pride. We are truly grateful for Allison Homes’ support and look forward to our continued partnership for seasons to come.”

Through ongoing investment, Allison Homes continues to strengthen its engagement with regional communities while increasing the visibility of women’s football in the East Midlands.
