Leaders Romans Group (LRG) has strengthened its national presence through the acquisition of Northern Estate Agencies Group, adding 36 branches across West Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Lancashire, and Greater Manchester.
The deal extends LRG’s coverage from Yorkshire to the Isle of Wight, reinforcing its position as one of the largest property services networks in the UK. Northern Estate Agencies Group operates under the brands Manning Stainton, Ryder & Dutton, and Mortimers, which together provide sales, lettings, financial services, conveyancing, auctions, and new homes.
The combined workforce now includes more than 400 employees across the newly acquired network. Each brand brings a long-standing reputation within its regional market, with decades of experience and multiple national and local industry awards.
All existing branches will continue to operate under their current names, retaining staff and leadership. Group Managing Director Mark Manning will remain in his role, working with LRG to expand operations and market reach. Founder Russell Manning will continue as a consultant during the transition period. The acquisition marks a significant expansion for LRG, enhancing its service capacity and strengthening its reach across the northern property market.
