Rawlings Group, a Bristol-based specialist in the packaging and drink processing equipment industry, has acquired Northampton brewery products and services provider Niche Solutions.
The Rawlings Group is a multi-brand enterprise consisting of Rawlings, Vigo, Paperbagco, Glass Jars and Bottles, Aqua, and Rawlings Retail.
Through the acquisition of Niche Solutions, which specialises in fermentation aids, cleaning chemicals, kegs, and laboratory testing, Rawlings Group will be able to expand its offerings and provide a one-stop-shop for breweries.
