Northamptonshire-based Maziak Compressor Services, a distributor of air compressors, nitrogen generators and process cooling equipment as well as related services and support, has been acquired by Atlas Copco.
Maziak, which was founded in 1958 and employs 40 people, will continue to operate as a stand-alone company within the Atlas Copco Compressors UK division of Atlas Copco UK Holdings Ltd, under the Maziak brand name and the current senior management team, for the foreseeable future.
