The news comes just a year after the acquisition of geo-environmental consultancy Pam Brown Associates and the opening of their new office in Burton-on-Trent.

The firm, which was established some 27-years ago employed over 175 people across 7 regional offices. The company boasted a number of blue chip clients including: Carlsberg, Shell, Tesco, GE Healthcare, Royal Mail, Engie and the University of Nottingham.

Greg Palfrey of Evelyn Partners LLP and William Turner of Verulam Advisory Ltd have been appointed joint administrators of the company.
