Plans to demolish a former furniture warehouse in Nottingham to make way for a new residential scheme have been submitted.
The proposal is for two apartment buildings providing 34 flats with communal bin stores, 15 parking spaces, and secure bike storage.
The scheme at 25 Sherwin Road aims to provide 100% affordable dwellings.
Building A would consist of 23 flats, while Building B consists of 11 flats.
GEDA Construction and Jigsaw Homes Midlands are behind the plans.
