Rushton Hickman has completed the letting of 17,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse units at Marchington Industrial Estate in Uttoxeter.
The newly constructed units were originally due to provide three self-contained units but the interest was so strong that a deal was agreed with third party logistics provider Freight Management European Limited for all three units together.
Senior agency surveyor, Doug Harvey, said: “After a great deal of interest in the property it has been great to welcome Freight Management European as a new tenant at Marchington and contribute towards the continued success of the estate.”
