Hockley Developments, the Nottingham-based supported living and residential property developer, has exchanged on £5m of forward sales in the month of October.
Announcing the record month, head of construction, Paul Kennedy, confirmed demand continued to be higher than the business could supply.
“With one of our repeat buyers exchanging on the full development at The Phoenix development, a 26 apartment new build development in Nottingham, and further exchanges at our site at Westbridge House, this highlights the confidence in the value, finish and specification that our buyers have.
“With us expecting a similar amount of sales to be agreed in November across two new developments in Sherwood and St Anns in Nottingham, we are now focusing on securing further sites to develop in 2022.
“We also expect to expand our supported living developments across the East Midlands next year with sites being identified in Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.”
