Work is due to commence early next year on Kirk’s Yard, a 1.2-acre commercial site at  in Branston, a village near Lincoln.

The proposed scheme, by Stirlin Developments, will provide units, ranging from 750sqft – 1250sqft on the edge of the village which will be conveniently situated by the A46 Lincoln Eastern Bypass, which is itself due for completion in 2019.

James Kirby, Managing Director of Stirlin Developments, says: “The development offers a new location for us and one we feel will be very popular due to the excellent transport links the site has, especially with its proximity to the Lincoln Eastern Bypass.”

Completion of the Lincoln Eastern Bypass, will further strengthen the site’s accessibility.”
