Work commences on Cotgrave’s £4m Multi-Service centre

Work on the new £4m multi-service centre in Cotgrave has commenced.

Cotgrave’s £4m Multi Service Centre will house health services, a library, Police and Rushcliffe Borough Council contact point all under one roof for the town.

Partners Rushcliffe Borough Council, Belvoir Health Group, West Hart Partnership and B&K Building Services Ltd will acknowledge work starting ahead of services rolling out at the new facility in the autumn of 2018.

The scheme will be developed to incorporate new and improved public realm and landscaping.

Other regeneration plans involve a significant and transformational refurbishment of the existing back run of shop units.

This will also involve creating a new business centre to create attractive employment space for growing local businesses.

The design will incorporate new fascias and glazing to provide a new look along with improvements to the appearance of the back of the shops. Finally improvements to the green space and play area will be made.
