Homeserve has moved its 350 Nottingham staff into a new 30,000 sq ft Grade A office on Aspect House on Aspect Business Park, in a deal brokered by Innes England.

HomeServe’s new base will also include a training centre, taking the property’s occupancy level up to full capacity.

Greg Reed, Chief Executive of HomeServe Membership, says: “The new facility in Nottingham is a fantastic new addition to our business and, having spoken to many of our People, I know how excited they are about the move to Aspect House.

“This has been something we’ve been working on for a long time and it’s going to be a big part of HomeServe’s commitment to growing our business and helping to keep our Customers’ lives moving.

“This investment reaffirms our commitment to growing our business in Nottingham and the East Midlands and we’d like to pay special thanks to Nottingham City Council, which has given us a huge amount of support as part of this move.”

HomeServe’s Nottingham-based People moved into Aspect House last week and gas engineer training is expected to begin at the facility in the new year.

The building will be officially opened at a special event later this year.

Lorraine Baggs, head of inward investment at Invest in Nottingham said: “We’re really proud to have worked in partnership with HomeServe and Nottingham City Council to facilitate HomeServe’s expansion within Nottingham, sourcing the best site location and providing support with recruitment and employee travel packages.

“The decision to remain in Nottingham is testament to the city’s reputation as a major UK hotspot for business.”
