Diners set for slice of comfort as new pizza and carvery restaurant opens in Radcliffe on Trent

The Shepherds has reopened with a brand new look and feel following an extensive three week refurbishment

Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery has opened a new pizza and carvery restaurant in Nottinghamshire.

The Shepherds, located on Stragglethorpe Road in Radcliffe on Trent – the remodelled Shepherds, formerly a Crown Carvers – opened to guests on Friday 14th April after a three-week closure. Following a significant investment in the restaurant, seven new jobs have been created for the local area.

General manager Danielle Sims said: “We’re excited about the new changes and we can’t believe how quickly we’ve been able to settle into our new surroundings. We’re looking forward to welcoming the people of Nottingham to come and see what Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery at the Shepherd is all about!

“At the Shepherds we appreciate how difficult it can be to eat out as a family when everybody wants something different, which is why our menu has something for everyone. When you eat with us you can put on the plate exactly what you want, creating your meal, your choice, your way.

“We’re a real part of the local community and are looking to support local charities, projects and host a variety of events and activities that everyone can enjoy. When you next pop in to savour a good meal, or spend quality time with family and friends, be sure to ask us about what’s coming up!”
